BOOK A LIVE CLASS (Available in San Diego, CA)

BOOK A VIRTUAL CLASS (Available anywhere for individuals, small groups and communities!)

Foundational Balance

 This is a beginner level standing balance class focusing on static balance, standing in positions which challenge our base of support and foundational exercises to improve lower body strength, control and stability. (30 min) 

HIIT Training for Balance & Strength

 Intermediate whole body and dynamic balance exercises to improve strength, balance and mobility in a circuit format. (Examples of exercises could include: wall push-ups, squats, sit to stand, lunges, marching, step + reach dynamic movements etc.) (30 min)

Mind, Body, Balance

This holistic balance class focuses on balance of the mind, body and soul. We begin with a discussion on gratitude, positive affirmations and positive goals for the day. Followed by 2-3 yoga poses with positive affirmations for improving strength, balance, stability, resilience. Then we move into a circuit routine of 3 different exercises (ex: squats, leg lifts, heel raises) Conclude with stretches and breathing. *Advanced class (30 min) 

Fall Prevention Class

 This class provides seniors with education on how they can increase personal and environmental safety, followed by balance exercise training (seated or standing depending on skill level), and concludes with a holistic technique of visualization as an additional means to improve skills and functional outcomes. (30 min)
